Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
kag99's first deposit bonus is 200% — up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. Or if you deposit ৳6,000 you will receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, for a total of ৳11,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 worth of bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus earnings.
5.3 Bonus Rules
- Each member may use each offer only once.
- Bonuses have a specific claim deadline — they are automatically cancelled upon expiry.
- If misuse of bonus rules is detected (arbitrage or intentional draw play), the bonus will be cancelled.
- kag99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus terms and conditions at any time.
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled and accounts being suspended.
Betting and Gaming Policies
6.1 Betting Rules
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. kag99 reserves the right to void bets and refund the relevant amount in the event of any technical error or unusual circumstances.
6.2 Sports Betting
In the event of a sports event being cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled, settlement will be carried out in accordance with kag99's established rules. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by the User
Any member may request closure or temporary suspension of their account at any time by emailing [email protected]. This option is provided as part of responsible gaming. Members will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
8.2 Suspension by kag99
kag99 may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
